I have the right to refuse commissions I don't want to take. Commissions may be cancelled if these any of these terms are violated of if payment is not received.

If the client does not want their commission posted online, it will not be posted online.

Clients purchase the image, not the rights to the image. My art will not be used in advertisements or merchandise without my explicit permission.

Unless the client specifies a particular deadline when ordering and pays a rush fee, there is no absolute deadline for the finished piece. I will give an estimated deadline, but it is neither final nor binding.

Once payment is received, there will be no available refund.

Payment is made through PayPal in USD.

Payment will be made after I show the client a rough sketch of their piece. I will tell the client when to send it. If payment is not received after this step, the piece will not be continued.

I will not draw NSFW art, but suggestive art is okay. I will not draw suggestive art of characters who are minors or are meant to look like minors (loli, etc).

Clients agree to these terms of service when payment is made.

My work process involves sending frequent WIPs to the client in order to get details right. WIPs will be sent at my discretion.

Commissions may be delayed due to work, school, mental health issues, etc. I will alert clients if something comes up, but know that it is not unheard of for a commission to take a few weeks to complete.
